6 rules about credits & subscriptions
PAYG credits and subscription credits are identical. One number on your dashboard labelled "credits available". No separate wallets, no confusion.
On billing day, your monthly allowance is added on top of whatever you already have. 3 credits left + Growth billing = 153 credits available. Nothing is ever lost.
When processing, your oldest PAYG credits are used first. This protects you as a subscriber & if you cancel, your PAYG credits are used up before your subscription credits stop arriving.
Subscribe mid-month. Your existing PAYG balance is untouched. Subscription credits and subscribe mailbox monitoring activate immediately. Example: You had 2 PAYG credits → you to Growth → you now have 2 + 150 = 152 credits. Mailbox feature unlocks instantly.
Subscription stops adding credits on next billing date. Remaining subscription credits stay usable until consumed. PAYG credits stay forever. Mailbox monitoring deactivates at billing date & not immediately & giving you time to process queued CVs.
When your credit balance hits zero and you try to process, you'll see a clear prompt: "You've used your credits. Top up now or upgrade your plan." Never silently fail. Never block without explanation. One-click top-up from your dashboard.
